shipping real people

I don't ship real people. There's a difference between shipping and thinking two people would look good with each other, which I am "guilty" of doing. Same goes for movie and television characters. I might think that two dudes, dudettes, et cet. would look pretty good together, but I'd never go so far as giving them ship names, fangirling when they come within three metres of each other, and weeping (or even really caring) if they end up with someone different.

I also find hardcore shipping of completely fictional characters pretty cringeworthy, but I have a better opinion of it then shipping real people.

Yes, I do ship and I don't feel guilty at all. I believe every woman felt in in love with a celebrity (actor, singer, whatever) and shipped herself with this person. I know I did and the actor I felt for don't even knew me. But I liked him, is the same with ship two guys together. Tv shows characters, I don't know why is wrong because is the same of ship manga characters, they are just characters.
Sometimes I ship my friends together (yaoi, yur or just het, because they make a cute couple).
Of course, I don't believe the most of my ship come true and don't get mad for that, is just for fun.
And you said the singers are not gay, but how do you know? Most of them don't come out because it can destroy a career and they just can't for contract, especially people from boy bands.
No one knew that Rick Martin was gay 'till he come out, you never know, maybe in a couple years one of this guys will tell he is gay.

Well, I think that everybody ship themself with their idols XD that's normal I think. Everybody can have their fantasies, unless if they are really delusional and totally stalk that person and send them weird stuff and letters, or be totally angry when their idols are in relatioship and call their boyfriends/girlfriends a slut or some names.

I just can't ship tv characters, because in the case with supernatural (i'm big supernatural fan) when someone ships dean and castiel, I'm like: don't destroy their beautiful bromance :'D

And in the case with my friends I know them too well to ship them with someone. XD We can joke about it but that's all.

About singers I don't know why. Maybe they are gay, maybe not. But my consience is screaming: don't do it XDD even if half of kpop members look androgynous, and they look pretty togheter, I just can't go down that road (for now xdd)

I do ship people together in life. Mainly people who are my friends with other people xD My friends are like my family to me so I'm like that kind of mother in the family who thinks that their children are growing too old and still alone... so yea... I'm just like "I ship you with that guy *wink wink wink* I'm going to find a guy for you. Don't worry, sweetie." There's also someone I ship too who is my friend and my crush at the same time hehe. I mainly ship him because everyone else is doing it. I don't say it to his face though because that will annoy him. Umm I guess I ship people because they look nice together? Because in his situation, I've seen him look at this girl and smile before so yea... they would look nice together.

I don't. Shipping is like making an imaginative chemical love that isn't real irl. It makes both of the couples and me feel cringe. I had better things to do than drowning myself in a cringey fantasy.

I mean, I guess I ship kpop band mates like kaisoo but it's for fun. Some shippers take it too far in their delusional world that they think kaisoo are really dating. And I'm just like...are you okay? Do you need a slap to wake you up? I'll gladly slap some sense into your delusional ass.

Yeah i ship many people, but my fav ship in real life is 2 guys from my class, one is the class representative and the other one is the topper XD they sit together , eat together and basically they do everything together. I am the only fusjoshi in my class so no one notice them in that way , except me. I even told them about it that they would make a good couple and I constantly remind them of their closenes is much more than what is should be for "friends" and you know the fact on which I went into total moe mode is that , they never denied that, instead they show me more hugs and kisses(on the cheeks) and i go total fan girling (≧▽≦)
