It's called The Rule of Standing on Tiptoe, shounen ai with around 6 chapters, I believe. Tall boy meets short boy, and fluffy love ensues. A facebook manga group had located it before and shared it with me, but there page has since been deleted and I haven't been able to locate it anywhere myself. It's not here on mangago, to my knowledge, but does anyone know of it on another site? I miss it dearly ┗( T﹏T )┛
