I don't think everyone that complained about Kyunghee meant that he deserved or should keep getting raped, there are tons of other ways he could still be taught a lesson.
Also, while it is clear the old man is the one who is the absolute piece of trash for entering that relationship with Kyunghee, that doesn't turn the uke into a victim in the same degree as many prostritutes because he didn't resort to it due an the emergency of needing to put food on the table, but to pay for his college tuition so he wouldn't have to take part-time jobs and take longer to graduate.
