That bothered me, too, but I think it has to do with how his father emphasized over and over how he should handle his own problems himself. And since the school doesn't know he's a top politician's son, he might think that he'd be troubling his father to get them involved.
Me, I'd be yelling left and right for help. I'd call the cops. I'd tell mom and hire a security person to take pictures of the scumbags bullying him and then take them to court.
I figure that's what parents are there for: to protect their kids.
Hmm, the position of his father must be pressurising him to take care of his own problems himself but how he is not trying to protect himself and is acting like a meek and weak person than he actually is, is troubling me! Hope he learns to protect himself in this qruel world rather than asking for his own faults for it to be qruel!
I can sympathise with the MC. I never ask for help if it's something personal because it causes a whole lot more chaos, and I also won't want to tell my parents because I don't want to bother them.
If I do tell them, the whole school might know, you get bullied more and no one will stop not even teachers 'cause you're a nuisance.
People don't like to get hurt, so they hurt others. The people that are part of the crowd; that does nothing expect encourage the bully, take vids/pics or just stand and watch are nothing but cowards. ( ̄へ ̄)
Excuse me, maybe I shouldn't be asking this question without reading the story whole but at this point the question that bothers me the most us why the MC did not try to find any help by trying to inform his parents or teachers about the bullies? What exactly was he trying to do enduring hell everyday, without even trying to protest even for once? Is this normal? I don't want to be rude just a little confused here! :(
