Finished the manga in one sitting

I came here after watching the movie, and I have to say the movie pales in comparision with the manga. The manga offers so much more details and character development that the movie did not include.

i agree with you 10000% the manga is by and large one of the best i have read due to the content covered however the movie in my own opinion was shit in comparison and honestly if i were the mangaka i would have sued the production company for ruining a great manga with a shit movie

I like the attention it has brought to the manga. When I saw it had a movie, I was happy. Though not as efficient at getting its point across, it does give enough of it to bring others here. I cannot understand why anyone would treat someone so crappy for being different, leaving me to feel angry at people like Ueno and Kawai. At least Sho-kun felt remorse for his actions.

honestly the animated movie they made of this manga was in my own opinion shoddy at best and a piss poor version of the manga really mainly in that the main focus was him being able to be forgiven by her and also how their relationship blossoms into a love story however the movie to me does not convey that all that well at all not to mention it never touches onto what goes on with them after graduating high school which to me was a huge factor of the whole manga but then again i just love love stories that have a good ending the movie to me was lacking in that ending that the manga clearly has
