Tittle

The usual i forgot this yaoi manga i need help comment. Anyways, i was sure the tittle of this manga had numbers in it, unless i mistakenly though about another manga. But the story is quite simple, boy sees a boy in the bridge which he believes is a ghost, cause no one else sees him besides him. Boy thinks that he apparently died their but is unable to move on, but in reality he's still alive in the hospital but hasn't woken up in "years". The "ghost" follows him to his apartment and they end up being roommates and lovers. He works in at a place where he isn't talkative so everyone knows him as the quiet one, one of his coworkers was friends with the "ghost" when he was alive. He ask his coworker how he died, and instead gets slapped in the face cause he wasn't dead. Welp, the ghost ends up waking up but sadly, doesn't remember his "lover." Their is also a sequel to this manga, where the story continue with the guy trying to get his memories back. In the end, they had a happy ending. Oh and the ghost wasn't gay, apparently the boy was the only guy he fell in love. His "death" was him trying to grab something that fell, but instead falls off the bridge. Soooo, hope someone has a name to this manga. Thank you in advance.
