Yup, with the evidence we have so far Undertaker is our #1 suspect of this.
BUT I do think that it isn't official.
It could be someone different this time.
Definitely, Ciel swallowed the ring and his twin took the ring from him, the reason behind the message on the wall. He probably cut it out of his stomach or got Sebastian to do it. Ceil most likely died that day and Undertaker found him and mad him a doll.
