I played most of the rpg game with a boy as my char, well from my view most of the girls used boy as their char cuz of ikemeness (▰˘◡˘▰)
and yeah there's quite a lot in mangas now that happened, but if I become a male char, like prince in 1/2 prince, I would totally be ok with that ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
I usually choose male chara for the original plot.
I create my character as the opposite gender BECAUSE its in the image I want to be.

Do you create your character in the image you want to be or the opposite gender so you can enjoy looking/ admiring at them for hours?
I ask cause I've read manga where both happened, and one in particular where the male MC ends up in a girl bod. since he transferred into the RPG world.
