I have been looking for a yoai manga to re read for over a month. I would really like the help to find it. I apologize if my description is not good in advance.
The uke transfers schools because he was being bullied because he has an almost perfect memory. The school he goes to has a weird system so he doesn't have to go to classes every day. His roommate (the seme) make him join this weird club. They want to use him to memorize a brief case code, so they can stop a drug deal. Both the uke and seme go under cover for it.
It does have a size story where one of the members who has been held back many times, goals was to get the drugs dealer and make him his own. As punishment from when they were in school together.
