Kidnap story: Seme doesn't suddenly fall in love with the uke and kidnap him. He knows that when the uke was child he was the one who basically offered him to the pedophile and caused him to be confined 25 years. At least that is how he sees it. He stalks that child and finds out he grew up to be that person and kidnaps him. It is kind of fucked up but I think he kind of wants him to feel the same horrid 25 years he did and he also wants to be loved.
Clone story: Uke's lover Jin dies in an accident and uke is a scientist and that glasses old guy is Jin's dad (he has a photo of Jin with him and under it says with dad). So uke creates the clone of Jin. But the clone isn't the same person as Jin. He has his own personality which is different to Jin. Uke feels depressed and misses Jin so he attempts suicide by drowning but Jin and his dad save him. However, he loses his memory or Jin makes him lose his memory in the lab and they tell him he is a clone. Clone Jin does want some revenge but more than revenge I believe he's fallen in love with the uke but he was scared he would gain his memories and don't want the clone Jin. So clone Jin believed if he made uke think he is a clone himself and Jin is not a clone he wouldn't leave him.
Well whatever it is I shouldn't have read this i only read it for the first cute couple I was not ready for this angst like why? Give my soul back :'(
