I suppose it's like that:
Younger twin sister Takagi Shigeyoshi (shoujo) = Ogawa Chise (BL)
and
Older twin sister Morie Satoshi (shoujo) = Okuda Waku (BL), though I haven't seen any official confirmation of that.
