Actually, I don't think Omegas can impregnate.
In omegaverse the author can set rule to their own. There is this manga that shows omega couple can have a child of their own. I forgot the title but it's up on mangago.
An Omega can impregnate another Omega, not common but quite possible. Though, an Omega impregnating an Alpha or Beta doesn't seem so possible and Omega sperms are usually very weak. The other question is: Do (male) Alphas or Betas have vag*na-rectums like Omegas?
Yes they can
Well I believe (alpha)females too can, seeming as how they have male genitalia and actual sperm in those sacks, breasts along with wombs. And can be impregnated by betas, omegas and other alphas. Whereareas alpha males can (sometimes) have vaginal rectums too, but I'm guessing it has incredibly low fertility due to the fact that their male members hold the more dominant and fertile hold/land
Same for females too as it has been seen in manh of these mangas
I believe then can however the pregnancy rate would be very low as its harder for a beta to get an omega pregnant than a alpha and an omega. And a few manga I have read show it's possible for a male alpha to get another male alpha pregnant so I would say it's definitely possible but not easy.
like anon said before, omega usually have rlly small genitals and very weak semen. an alphas semen could be strong enough to impregnate another alpha, but omega semen is just too weak. so: alphaxalpha √ omegaxomega√ alphaxomega √ omegaxalpha X
and alpha are dominant by nature, while omega are submissive. in an alpha-omega relationship, its rather unlikely that the omega will top the alpha

Ah okay. I just thought you might think that an Omega would never top a Seme ever in any manga. Yeah every Mangaka makes their own versions. So much that it's hard to tell what it originally was without the changes! (￣∇￣") For me I had problems to figure out the biting part. When in heat or not in heat do they bond either way when got bitten by Alpha.

Same, haha. xD I read somewhere that the bite will lose its effect if the Omega doesn't have mutual feelings, but then again, it could also be a rule set by the author. Or in another one how the Omega can only receive from the Alpha but the Alpha can have many Omegas but then in ANOTHER one again, how the Alpha can only be with the Omega and the other way around. And in one where the Omega got bitten by the Alpha but ends up with the Beta. Many say the Omega will feel nauseous and throw up when receiving from someone else than the Alpha, but the Omega first felt nauseous and then good when doing it with the Beta (????) that's what I didn't really understand. Is the Omega supposed to feel like throwing up all the way? Or just in the beginning? Or did the bite lose effect??? They even had a baby (which is sweet af) So many questions xDD But the good thing is, there's some really good, unique shit in Omegaverse for everyone ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
Haha you got that right even though confusing at least we can enjoy different stuff. The Mangaka probably thinking that it would get boring over time if just keep following rules so why not break it. (≧∀≦)
