No it dosen't, not that I know of.
The people all have normal colored hair and I think there's more male main charters than female. You can't swap powers and I think there are others with better powers the the mc dosent know About. （￣へ￣）
Okay so I'm looking for a manga that I read long ago in a libary. So it does have an officiall English translation and you can buy it at the stores.
Here's somethings I remember about it:
1. The main charter is a guy and has a "useless power" what this power is I don't really remember (it had to do with someone's thoughts or making people say something he thinks but they have to be in a certain range I donno)
2. The setting is in highschool
3. The front cover of the mangas is a face, it's just a close up shot of a face and it's really dark colors- I think the number of the volumes is also in big Roman numerals too on cover but I donno.
And that's all I got... really... please if you know a manga that's like this please tell me! （/TДT)/
