Different authors and creators have different version of omegaverse. They might not go by that biting version.
But in general as well, it doesn't sleep work that way, to become pairs an alpha HAS to bite the Omega during his heat. Or else its just a regular bite mark. Authors do have some differences but omegaverse still has those kinds of basic rules
I know there are different versions depending on the author. Still he got bitten, but no scars are left after he's bitten and left the hospital just for examination (It doesn't really say how long he stayed). Even a normal bite scars should last longer, even if not omegaverse. But since this is omegaverse the possibility may be that it disappear when the bond is not fully sealed? I dunno. Also after bitten by Alpha he should feel sick being with other Alpha, but guess the author left that out as well or basically 'cos the bonding process has left incomplete as he's not in heat? Having read all omegaverse mangas available (setting aside most DJ) this 1 left me a bit confused about the biting process

it's also in kashimarimashita(sp?) destiny and at other omegaverse. a mating mark will only be effective if both omega and alpha is in heat/rut. it will just fade away if the condition is not met and no pairing will happen.

some authors implement that if the alpha doesn't want the pair then the pairing doesn't stick. maybe that's what they are getting at too. or, is as someone has said, that the stalker is a beta?
Wait didn't he got bitten by that stalker guy? But after that his bite mark is gone. I know that whenever an Alpha bite a Omega in heat he would become his pair, but I'm not so sure what would happen when an Alpha bite when Omega is not in heat.
