Such a great manga I can't imagine a better ending, it's original as the story itself, but I can't believe it's over I'm really gonna miss them ┗( T﹏T )┛

Yes it's over. It just means that chapter 48 is the last chapter of volume 6. At best there will be an extra chapter in volume 6..
