I can't remember much but it might've been shounen ai or it might not have. There a group of kids which have powers and are kept/work for the goverment or something like that.And the story focuses on a blck haired boy who ends up getting injured and found by a doctor or something and ends up wanting to stay with them instead of going back but the "group" wants him back cause he's more special than the others. I thought it was whiz kid but it's not haha but from memory it's kinda similar but not at the same time. If anyone could help would be very appreciated :)
