They do exist! One of my best friends is asexual (she can experience sexual attraction, but for the most part isn't fond of most sexual things), but she's bi-romantic, so she's romantically attracted to people despite gender. I've met lesbians like this as well, who have relationships with women without sex being necessary or desired. I live in the city so it might be easier for me to meet these people irl.
If you're having trouble, I suggest following lesbians and bi girls on instagram. You'd be surprised about the community you can find just from connecting that way. Hopefully that type of networking will lead you to finding someone in your own area. I have a difficult time talking to others irl and have met many new wonderful people in the queer community on instagram. I hope this was helpful and I hope that you find someone!
