Can someone please explain to me why does Mono changes his clothes from purple to white ... why does he do that ? I don't get it ! :(( ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

It's his true angel form. Like when Ginger, Rum and Mon(day) change into their devil forms. They have tails, horns and their eyes change colour.
Same goes for Mono, but he is an angel.
The purple sweater is just his everyday work clothes.

Also he is a special kind of angel. If you look closely he has 2 pair of wings. I guess he has a higher rank.
