Looking for this one Yaoi manga

I'm looking for a certain manga which has this as a secondary story.

The uke is saved from a fight by the seme and follows him into high school, changing his appearance. The seme is kept down because he travelled overseas? He speaks Flemish and is bad at studying. The uke offers to help him study. Then the uke gets kidnapped by some people who call the seme "Homo" or something like that and the uke is sad that they were being mean.
