Need help looking for a yaoi manga

So....its about a guy who's going to college (?)and has a sickness which is said to be incurable. He also has a police dad. While going to college he hears about an "exchange" going on with the biology room(?) so he investigates and soon finds another guy, who was his childhood friend, is actually just doing research. The "exchange" was actually just the people who work with the childhood friend getting paid. The childhood friend tells the guy that he became a doctor to make his sickness get better. Towards the end, the two run away to America (?) So the childhood friend can do the surgery on him and he gets better. It's a happy end. I'm sorry if the description is not good enough. (=・ω・=)
