If you want one that doesn't feel so love/hate type of thing, there's this new webtoon on Lezhin comics called Can't Take My Eyes Off of You. The popular guy is popular in part because he is a celebrity & has talent, but also because he has a "curse" so everyone automatically gushes over him. The romantic interest is not affected by the curse & is not interested in him (yet), but he doesn't hate the guy's guts. Um, it's not explicit? But I know Lezhin comics usually tend to go down that route, but so far I don't see any indication of that so you're safe so far! I hope that helps!
