still don't understand

He was trying to take him to the hospital apparently but He Tian opened the door and got out so they stopped and chatted for a bit and then he decided to take him home. Guess he cancelled the hospital plans or still took him there and then returned him home? Or just got him meds? Take your pick because next chapter will probably not say anyway.

Moving on..He Tian is the one who says "last time you were looking for Jian Yi." He is telling him to leave Jian alone. He says he is becoming something he hates because of him following those orders to kidnap him and for when he supposedly buried his puppy. Basically cold and heartless.

- He Cheng didn't take him to the beach. He was taking He Tian to the hospital but He Tian was refusing to go. Note that He Tian says " 'I want to get out of the car" and then proceeds to unbuckled. That's why He Cheng is saying 'Hey' ... He Tian is getting out of the car.
- We hear the radio saying it's windy .... He Tian got out of the car in that place, probably walked a few steps to what seems to be a beach and that's when their little chat happened. He Tian is obviously not good and He Cheng never intended for him to be there in the wind. He says 'Let's go back'. He knows by now he won't succeed taking He Tian to go to the hospital and he's taking him back to home.
- The mention about Jian is because these brothers don't keep in touch and the last time they saw each other was when He Cheng and his men were trying to take take/kidnap Jian under his dad(Jian) orders. Remember though that this was aborted when Jian's mom showed up and talked on the phone with Jian's dad. He Cheng is leaving the building and sees He Tian ( the middle finger scene). They are both trying to figure out why the other was doing there in Jian's building. He Cheng apparently didn't know they were friends. That's what he is 'fishing for' now with his mention of the last time. He Tian apparently knows that He Cheng was there to do something shady.
- The 'Don't get any ideas' has been also translated as 'Leave him alone' in other places so here is just He Tian letting his brother know that he is aware He Cheng was there to take his friend. He Cheng is obviously trying to deny it : 'I don't know what you talking about'
- He Tian isn't buying He Cheng's denials. He knows his brother is working in the mafia and does bad things for a living and thus his line "You became the type of person I hate the most" **

This chapter is all about giving us hints on He Cheng and He Tian's relationship:

1- We know from 228 that He Tian is traumatized by the episode with the puppy and He Cheng's cold/cruel response. Probably this is just a hint of many things he resents and explains why he's not happy with He Cheng showing up at his door.
2- He Cheng cares for this brother ( he leaves work to go check on him, he tries to take him to the hospital ...)
3- He Cheng is He Tian's official caregiver but they don't talk or keep in touch; He Cheng doesn't know basic details of He Tian's life ( who are his friends, etc).
4- He Cheng tries to keep He Tian away from his shady life or hide he works for mafia.
5- He Tian knows of He Cheng shady life.

** We don't know how much He Tian knows about He Cheng mafia life, if he is aware that his brother's boss is Jian's dad. He probably doesn't know He Cheng crew was the one rescuing his friend when he was kidnapped. It's unlikely his brother will ever do harm to his Jian but instead be called upon to rescue/protect him since he is the boss' son. Nevertheless, from He Tian POV, he can only assume and expect bad things from He Cheng.
