Try resetting the site settings of Mangago site. Click the information icon in the address bar (it's the circle with the small letter "i" inside, next to the words <text>Not secure</text>) then click the hyperlink 'Site settings'. Scroll to the bottom and select 'Reset site settings'.
Same thing happened with me too(I think its due to change of location for me). Then I tried going INCOGNITO and it worked. You will be able to access the site in incognito mode. Try it and then let me know if that worked or not.
