Please help.. I can't seem to remember the name of the title

I'm pretty sure it's a boyxboy. I remember that it was about a boy, I'm not sure, I think he has glasses maybe. He is quite popular and also turns down confessions from anyone. He has a best friend who he likes. His best friends starts getting close to this girl. He gets jealous. When the girl came to see his best friend, instead he said some stuff that made the girl cry. His best friend comes and sees this and told him to apologize but he also started crying. (if ya'll know something sort of similar to this, please help me out.)
