How do I get friends?

Hi I’m new here and I have no idea about how I’m supposed to communicate with others on this website (and irl for that matter). Also, is it just me or is it impossible to change my profile picture on a cellphone? Sorry if I wasted your time, but I’m honestly retarded.

- On the top right page, click at your profile to change at 'Setting
'- To communicate with others; Reply their topics, click at that person's profile to visit their homepage to leave message or sent mail, etc.
