it's about the uke who confessed to seme that he liked him, asked him to called the uke's nickname (which is such a girly nickname, it's rhyme with 'Megumi' or 'Meguru' or 'Shizu' or anything as I remember), and promised that the uke's gonna wear skirt everytime they meet.
and then suddenly seme saw the uke wearing highschool boy uniform while being annoyed by his friend that called his nickname. when the uke realized it, he ran away fast to his house, tried to wear skirt while trembling, and seme hugs him from behind and told him not to do it anymore and accepted his love.
