Because it's shounen ai it's only implicit they had sex. And with all the signs you mentioned I really think the author want us to think that. Also, he's had several older girlfriends and seems to have experience so it's no surprise.

I don't mind if he had sex before meeting takara. But the fact that he love takara he still chose to have sex with his ex just because they fought and he is agitated. To be honest I stopped reading it halfway because of a spoiler and because of that spoiler I hated Kiyomine more
well i did hate that they probably did do something..but it doesnt make me hate it..sigh..im too weak for this couple to let it ruin the rest,cause after a while their so close,an you can tell he wont bother with anyone else by the end XD
I agree with you I was really pissed off for the same reason(I hated Kiyomine a lot of time along the way) . I guess this manga is a roller coaster of emotions lol though maybe that's why i'm so drawn to it

Around vol. 6 when takara and kiyomine fought. Kiyomine also met his ex girlfriend Yukari? (Not sure) after that scene kiyomine's clothes half open. Did they have sex that time? And also when takara declared that he is moving out the dorm . Kiyomine spend the night with her ex. The next morning he is naked. Did they also have sex that time? I'm sorry im kinda oblivious to that. I need a explanation. (=・ω・=)
