On another note, there was nothing that made Hotaka stand out. He was kind of boring as a main character. I would've even liked seeing this story from Masato's POV rather than Hotaka's. (●￣(ｴ)￣●)

Honestly, I was on edge for the whole beginning, thinking it was gonna be angsty or something. It was like I was going up a roller coaster and just when I thought it would go down a giant slope, it hit a plateau.
I like that the author showed the difference between two different partners for Hotaka and even his romantic feelings obviously being present for one of them. But even then, I think it was cut short and was random with too many things going on, without actually tying them in together.
I'm still conflicted with my feelings about this story, even after giving it some thought.
