Yea but you have to understand that he LOST his eyesight, something that's basically crucial to living normally, because he saved his childhood friend. No matter how good the fucking deed was, it simply doesn't matter because the cost was far too great. Blaming somebody in the moment definitely makes you feel slightly better. It natural to blame others even when it was your own actions.
