There is a sequel, I've read like 6 volumes (online) and lemme tell you, it's a good closure for such a good story.
It's ongoing due to translation, but it focuses on side character. Like Toki sempai and the little loli. It focuses on Ito's childhood friend (blonde guy) and Misaki. It also focuses on Mako's and Ito's career ans marriage.
Im just waiting for the wedding scene, and hopefully, a look in the future with Ito and Mako's kids.
There's actually W-Juliet II here! It's "W-juliet Ii" and it has 3 volumes and 10 chapters
