Name of it

It’s about two guys who play baseball a senpai and a junior. The junior breaks up with the senpai thinking it’s for the best for his future. The junior later discovers he’s pregnant. While the senpai becomes a professional. They end up meeting years later sleep together and he gets pregnant again. They don’t meet up until years later when the senpai is in the park and the kid either loses a ball or his mom. The junior then shows up and the senpai realizes that they are his kids. He then tries to win back the junior asking the kid what to do. After that I’m not sure that’s all I remember
