honestly the rape was resolved way too fast?? like yuuri got over it in one night which I mean I'm not saying he should've been hung up on it forever or anything but like he was suddenly okay with it like immediately after like they should've talked abt it more, not in the way mangaka portrayed it, like I love the concept of this and the message it's trying to send bc yaoi uses rape as a plot point and trivialises it all the time so kudos to the mangaka for actually trying to address it albeit weakly
