You can make one, just have to download the like app and sign up (it's free)

Line is an app, when you make an account it will have you make an ID- basically a username, so that people can add you (or be added)

Did it give you the option to make a username or some such? If you go to the 'friends' screen, near the top will be a little spot that says ID in box, and next to it the name you choose. That's you're line id
