as far as I'm concerned, catcalling is a compliment. If you've ever seen a woman simply smile good-naturedly, you'll see the catcallers looking like she had made their day at their difficult construction jobs where they toil away lifting heavy objects and doing society's most dangerous jobs. It seems to me that a lot of guys calling out to you that you're gorgeous is something to be treasured, not scorned.

My house is near a machinery so I have to pass by and sometimes get catcalled. I snap back so they stopped now (≧∀≦) my memorable one was when I went home from uni and I have a bad mood, so this guy said "hey miss do you still need to use the water bottle, because I could lick it ;)" and I usually ignore creepy comments at that time, but I was in the mood to throw the water bottle in someone's head, so I said "you fuckin sure??????" and he just scratched his head and left lmaooo so yea I found it better to snap back when it's catcalling in my area especially when I know how they would react (except they don't do it anymore) (▰˘◡˘▰)
