shounen ai or yaoi BUT I'm looking for a story that doesn't have a possessive and arrogant seme and PLEASE no "sex and I'll give you money". For instance, seme gave uke a work because he saw his potential in a certain field, not because he is attractive to him and "fell in lust" with him. Seme is respectful and certainly NOT forceful; the transition of their love story must be natural and not the "there's something in you that makes me lose my mind" development; there HAS to be a reason for the seme to fall for uke e.g uke was caring, responsible and kind, the development must not be abrupt. Same case for the uke, he developed a "crush" for the seme because he is mature, kind and a responsible person. Basically a relationship that started from strangers->acquaintance->boss and subordinate dynamic->friends then finally lovers.
I'm sorry for the very specific conditions, it's just that I've yet to read a BL manga like this.
