-how women were portaited in the past(housework etc)/how they r now(work etc)
-->BUT the stereotypes have remained
-the reasons why isnt easy for women to take a higher position at work(well the main reason is pregnancy).
-even if they find a job they r treated like inferiors(racism,stereotypes,not equal opportunities)(give some examples)-->how's this situation effecting them
-how the companies are using this
-the position of women in other countries(for us it may be normal to have "equal" rights for others isnt)
-find a possible solution to the problem/state ur personal opinion about the matter.
