its in japanese, but the art direction is very good and you can understand whats going on very easily.
not tryna spoil everything that happens, but the second half of this manga is an emotional roller coaster of happenings based on what happens in the first 2 chapters if that helps!!
It has a lot to do with puberty/maturity in a sense of transformation after the chicken and the egg convo
