This is just a simple prediction I thought of, but you can read it anyways if you're bored: The photos will be exposed to everyone which greatly humiliate and ruin Sugu's life for the next few chapters. The water polo girls may have lost their faith in him out of aggravation. Then, later on the misunderstandings within the water polo team will be cleared by explanations about Sugu's obsession with just swimsuits (not their bodies) due to his mother's death. The coach will also state that he forced Sugu into it because he really wanted to create a girl's water polo team for his love one that passed away. Then everyone will be friends again. After that, Sugu will develop his relationship with Kim Ji Yu and then they'll start to date. Oh and also, since his gender has been exposed, he will most likely not be able to play in competitions and such anymore, but he'll still cheer for them and participate during practices; sort of like an assistant coach.
