I thought about that too.
But when I change diapers myself, I just wipe, put some powder and quickly cover the butt, nvm about looking at that place to see a mole (maybe I did a lousy job) And since hes young and small, I dont think she would notice its heart-shaped.
The mom theory doesnt work either. If the mom tells the sis, Im sure she would tell him too.
Oh well, whatever. Just a manga.
I wonder how the sis know about a mole in such a place -_-
