Found the reason Ikai most likely wet himself!

"It's normal for some people. The prostate sits at the base of the urinary bladder, and part of the urethra passes through it. Stimulating it can cause contractions in the bladder and associated systems, which results in a forceful urine "ejaculation". It's usually associated with what are called valley (i.e. longer, full body) orgasms."

Hence why when Ikai came he peed instead of ejaculated
