Its about omegaverse. I think this couple is not the main couple in that manga. It goes like this.... The seme is a beta and going out with many people at the same time he have an omega who he always having sex with. He only become abused toward that omega. That omega actually love him and do not care about getting abused cuz he really love the beta. Sadly, there are something bad happen to the beta...and the beta got really2 pissed and he having sex with the omega..at that time he really2 abused him so much and i cant remember what happen after that..what i can remember is... His brother got married and he attend his brother wedding and then his life become horrible..he'll sleep anywhere or anyplace as long as he can sleep..but not long after that...the omega found him and bring him to his house...and take care of the beta untill he get healthy and finally the beta changed and become a loveable person and end up together with the omega. And actually he really hate alpha cuz he think whatever how hard he tried..alpha always be on top and whats more, his own brother is an alpha. So thats why he tried to date with many people and bla bla bla..
