They put that there because probably later on it won’t be simply SHonen Ai. Most manhua seem to start out at Shonen Ai, It with development it eventually turns into Yaoi. You just need to be patient.

I think mangago should change the tag yaoi to shounen-ai.Its wrong this webtoon is more like shounen-ai
