Hmm the newest champ that WAS RELEASED called Kaisa .. it's mainly adc ,but works jg too i didn't play it bcs her style is a bit aggressive af so i know pieces of stuff about it .. Her Q Needs you to build Attack Damage To Evolve .. W Needs AP To evolve (More Damage if you don't know like Kha) ... E Needs You to build Attack Speed

Her R Hmm Works with Her W or any teammate Stuns/CC

Hmm she was Broken (Still kinda ,but as i said i don't play adc ,but she can be really annoying bcs of her Shield from ult and Her E which gives her stealth like vayne ,but lil timing .. so if she is played well deam she can pop-off :"D
