I totally prefer the second couple,, it really should have been the longer story. The whole "game" with sensei an obviously willing participant was really quite annoying to me. The second story needed 1- A reason for buddy to be wandering in the mountains. 2- a full description of what they did for the week he was there. And 3- the two somehow meeting again and becoming actual lovers,,,
