Everyone here are so mad at Ichimaru and I think if Haruto could at least be in the same room with him then he would actually be okay with how the things are (hurt, but okay) and probably get over his broken heart. I mean he still is immature and way to easily triggered, but after the talk with Izumi he really seemed to understand the situation pretty well and more-or-less accept it. Their conversation ended like this only, coz he got overly upset by Haruto's words.
