I’m pretty sure it’s the kid but grown up, if you look at the colored drawing of all three of them the kid has brown and curly hair and so does the grown up version you at mentioning (⌒▽⌒)

I don’t think it’s him, since he has black hair if you look at the picture of all three of them

It might be just a dog half beast but was thinking it was the seme because of the ears

He got married! I think the wife is the cat girl when they were still a kid. (Not 100% sure about that tho)

You can have lighter colored hair as a kid and ot will darken as you get older.

I know since that happened to me, but the seme as a grown up in the picture before had black and really straight hair while the kid had brown and textured hair just like the picture of the adult which is asked about, and yes I know you can also change up your hairstyle but doesn’t seem like something the author would focus on in this particular manga
