No, they were talking about something else.
The link (the one you posted) is about the person who was uploading it here, they just ran out of money or something and could not afford to upload the rest of the chapters. And they requested that someone else continue until we get to chapter 75.
But, it not about the discontinuation of the manga.
So, unless that person (the person who is uploading it) get some more money or someone else kindly uploads the rest of the chapters, we might not even get to chapter 75.
I would do it myself, but I am comically broke...

The first link goes to Lezhin, after chapter 75 there is a note (notification message) that say notice from Lezhin (and apparently the author).
Chapter 75 was uploaded on Lezhin December 12, 2017. And the notice was posted on Lezhin March 11, 2018. So, no new chapters have been posted in over 5 months.
The second link takes you to the raws, so that you can see up to chapter 75.
No i dont ask anything.. i just want to know if its really discontinued bc i cant open lezhin to clarify it by myself (even if i downloaded it bc in my country lezhin is blocked). By 'following' it means that i got the notification when someone reply to your topic/question/comment or whatever this is.
