Ok so from what I have read so fare and what context I got from the Spanish raw that had been tagged in the comments, I don't know Spanish so I couldn't read it. I saw this comment say that the uke, I can't remember the names sorry, was pretty much selling his unborn child to the father. However, after reading this chapter it seems to me like the seme is getting the uke pregnant on purpose in order to tie the uke to him.
