And our thouths are ours, and we should be free to belive in whatever the fuck we want, because to be honest... who's gonna stop me? I'm not saying he's actions were right, I disapprove with all my heart but we can't expect everyone to have the same belives. It would be super boring that way anyway.

No, it's not like that at all. People who are hopophobic often don't hate gay people because they met one bad gay person but because they were raised that way. Same goes with being racist or sexist. I reckon it's not right, you reckon that too but for some other person it can be completly reasonable and we really can't force them to think like we do. And after all, humans are a little rebels. Tell them not to do something because it's wrong and they will do it twice as much if it fits their believes. I also believe that learning to accept someone's intolerance is the best thing you can do to yourself. Hating everyone with different believes won't do any good but understaning and taking a little steps can. Of course I'm all againts violence, it should be justified no matter what your opinions are.

Again, no one is forcing him to accept homosexuality. The thing is this is tearing his family apart, and he is doing NOTHING to fix it. His unacceptable behavior is driving the family apart, all this time it was his and his dad's fault that the family was torn apart. Homophobia can't be a good thing either.
