they just reused some panels but both happened. Tachibana submitted his final manuscript, retired and then died at 60. it just wasn't chronological haha. but i think it's nice they ended it in the retirement panel 'cause we get to see them grow old together. (and they got a cat yaaayy)

I can't understand the final chapter... there was a scene that Tachibana died but there was also a scene where Tachibana just retired?? So confusing. Somebody please enlighten me (￣∇￣")
